Below are Public Procurement Notices for solicitations and awards on BWS HePS. To view the details of a solicitation and enter a response, your company must be registered in BWS HePS. To register, select 'BWS Vendor Registration' from the above menu.

If your company is already registered, you must login to respond to solicitations. Select 'BWS HePS Vendor Login' from the above menu to login to your account. Only responses made through BWS HePS will be accepted for these solicitations.

Effective September 3, 2019, the Board of Water Supply does not require hard copies of electronically submitted files for their construction and goods & services Invitation to Bid (IFB) solicitations. Completed forms indicated on the HePS IFB Checklist must be uploaded with your electronic bid. Hardcopies of the mandatory attachments for construction and goods & service IFBs will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the responding vendor/supplier/contractor to check each of its uploaded files to confirm the file integrity and that it can successfully be opened and is displayed correctly.

As indicated on the BWS HePS IFB Checklist, the subcontractor list for construction IFBs shall be submitted as a separate standalone file upload.

This notice shall waive the requirement to submit hard copies pursuant to HAR §3-122-9.
