This is to announce that the University of Hawaii is no longer requiring hard copies of electronically submitted files for their construction/Maintenance & Repair Project Invitation to Bid (IFB) solicitations. Details of solely accepting electronic file submissions are provided within each UH construction and Maintenance & Repair Project IFB documentation.

Guest User functionality is for access and viewing. If you wish to respond to a solicitation, you must use the link on the Guest User view to log into your SicommNet eProcurement account. This login will give you full access to a solicitation and allow files to be uploaded and responses to be submitted.
